For fans who love the chaos of rostermania, we’ve compiled a list of all the roster changes in VCT Americas ahead of Stage 1.

Leviatán

Daniel ‘Rossy‘ Abedrabbo has returned to the VCT with Leviatán after being removed from Cloud9 during the offseason. He will replace Nathan ‘nataNk’ Bocqueho in the active roster, who was benched following the team’s disappointing performance at Kickoff Americas.

NRG

NRG had a strong offseason, as it lost just one game and were one of the favorites to win Kickoff. However, its performance in the event was underwhelming, as they managed to secure only a single series win.

As a result, the organization has benched head coach Malkolm ‘bonkar’ Rench and initiator Andrew ‘Verno’ Maust. To rebuild, NRG has signed former 100 Thieves assistant coach Michael ‘Mikes’ Hockom as their new head coach and brought in Brock ‘brawk’ Somerhalder from Moist x Shopify Rebellion.

NRG’s updated roster:

  • Pujan ‘FNS’ Mehta (FiNESSE)
  • Sam ‘s0m’ Oh
  • Brock ‘brawk’ Somerhalder
  • Adam ‘mada’ Pampuch
  • Ethan ‘Ethan’ Arnold
  • Michael ‘Mikes’ Hockom (Head Coach)
  • Joe ‘Strong’ Edwards (Assistant Coach)

FURIA

FURIA is facing a setback as one of their key players, Leonardo ‘mwzera’ Serrati, steps down from the active roster due to serious health concerns.

“It’s not my choice to step away, but rather a doctor’s order. As soon as my doctor releases me to do live streams, or play and return to the competition, I’ll try to explain EVERYTHING that happened properly,” mwzera shared on X (Twitter).

FURIA is yet to announce his replacement, but an official update is coming soon. In the meantime, mwzera will remain with the team as a substitute.

FURIA’s roster ahead of Stage 1:

  • Rafael ‘raafa’ Lima
  • Olavo ‘heat’ Marcelo
  • Ilan ‘havoc’ Eloy
  • Khalil ‘khalil’ Schmidt
  • TBA
  • Pedro ‘peu’ Lopes

VCT Americas Stage 1 is scheduled to begin on March 22nd and fans will be able to catch the action live on VCT America’s official Twitch and YouTube channel.
