1xBet has launched a hunt for Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) players who have earned a Diamond Coin for Pick ‘Ems at the BLAST.tv Austin Major.
The Cyprus-based online gambling company will award a fan attending Intel Extreme Masters (IEM) Cologne who achieved the coin with $10,000 (~£7,596) in CS2 skins.
The competition begins on August 1st, 2025, during the first day of the IEM Cologne Playoffs taking place at the Lanxess Arena and is open to any spectators in attendance.
Attendees with a Diamond Coin from the Austin Major will have to find 1xBet Ambassador and CS2 tournament host James Banks within the arena to prove they have access to one of the rarest Pick ‘Em coins in history.
Due to the unpredictable nature of the Austin Major, only 0.01% of players who participated in the Pick ‘Em challenges earned a Diamond Coin. As a result, the accolade has become the rarest reward of the past five Major events.
Coins are awarded to players who complete a range of challenges that appear during each stage of a CS2 Major. Depending on the success of their predictions, players are awarded a coin ranging from Bronze to Diamond.
1xBet In 2025
Since it entered the esports industry, 1xBet has become a prominently featured bookmaker in the scene and offers markets on a variety of esports competitions.
Before the Austin Major, it became the official betting partner of the event, resulting in its logo appearing across the global broadcast and collaborating with BLAST to improve the viewing experience for fans.
In February, the bookmaker entered a two-year deal with tournament organiser PGL, becoming the exclusive betting partner for its CS2 and Dota 2 events taking place until the end of 2026.
Outside of tournament partnerships, 1xBet has collaborated with several esports organisations, including the likes of Bestia and OG Esports.
