European esports organisation Alliance has extended its partnership with Web3 MMORPG Valhalla.
The centrepiece of the second year is the formal launch of the Alliance Guild, a structured in-game community designed to unite fans and creators in earning play-to-earn rewards.
Building a Loop of Content, Community, and Competition
According to the parties, the inaugural year aimed to introduce Alliance’s community to Valhalla’s core mechanics, including the creature-collection system of Veras, its player-driven economy, and its strategic hex-grid combat.
Building on that foundation, the upcoming year will feature exclusive in-game events tailored for the Alliance Guild, alongside creator-led streams that function as both entertainment and recruitment sessions.
Furthermore, the community will gain access to behind-the-scenes content detailing squad strategy and progression, complemented by repeatable challenges to provide a consistent flow of rewards.
This integrated approach aims to create a dynamic feedback loop between content, community, and competition, ensuring the guild remains vibrant for both daily players and weekend participants.
“Year one with Valhalla gave our fans a first glimpse into what’s possible when esports meets immersive web3 worlds,” stated Jonathan ‘Loda’ Berg, CEO and Co-owner at Alliance.
“With the Alliance Guild at the centre of our Year Two plans, we are taking this collaboration to the next level with more content, more interaction and more ways to be part of Alliance.”
Launched earlier this year, Valhalla is a play-to-earn MMORPG based on Norse mythology. Players discover, tame, and trade Veras, then clash on a tactical hex grid inside a player-driven economy—solo or with their clan.
Before its launch in July 2025, Valhalla secured alliances with esports entities like MMO-specialists Method and OG Esports to drive early adoption and competitive integrity.
