North American esports organisation FaZe Clan has announced that it will be hosting ‘Subathon II‘, a 24/7 livestream lasting a whole month, starting October 1st, 2025.
The event was announced through a three-minute video online, featuring top FaZe Clan creators like Jason ‘Jasontheween‘ Nguyen, Kaysan ‘Kaysan‘ Ghasseminejad, and Rani ‘Stableronaldo‘ Netz, among other members.
It will be the second subathon from FaZe Clan, following last year’s livestream event in September, where members also streamed for the entire month (August 31st to September 30th, 2024).
According to FaZe Clan’s parent company, GameSquare, the last subathon was a ‘huge community engagement’ success: bringing over 1.1bn impressions online, over 760m video views, and more than 2.2bn minutes watched during the subathon.
Not much was revealed about what will feature in the stream this time around, but fans can likely expect similar content.
During the trailer, some fans were quick to point out a particular shot of a newspaper announcing a new member joining FaZe Clan, leading many to speculate that the subathon may see the debut of a new creator.
Fans who wish to tune into the action can see the subathon take place through the official FaZe Clan Twitch channel.
FaZe in 2025
FaZe Clan has experienced a year full of highs and lows, both within the competitive scene and in the influencer space.
In the esports scene, FaZe Clan saw some notable highlights, including winning the Six Invitational 2025 international event for Rainbow Six Siege. Moreover, it briefly welcomed Counter-Strike 2 legend Oleksandr ‘s1mple‘ Kostyliev as part of a loan deal with NAVI for the Austin Major.
However, FaZe Clan has also experienced various controversies in 2025. Earlier this year, Richard ‘Banks’ Bengtson stepped down from his role as Chief Executive Officer of the esports organisation following crypto scam allegations.
In addition, FaZe Clan officially dissociated itself from former members after a public dispute between Nordan ‘Rain‘ Shat and Thomas ‘Temperrr‘ Oliveira, where the latter was accused of sexual misconduct, which he strongly denies.
