Police are responding to a live scene at MGM National Harbor where initial reports suggest at least two people were shot.

The X account for the Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) reports that there is a shooting investigation at the casino resort that’s run by MGM Resorts International.

Detectives and officers are on the scene of a shooting at MGM National Harbor. We are gathering information that will be shared once confirmed,” the X account posted.

Arriving media have been directed to a designated parking lot. There is no word on when a briefing might be held.
