VALORANT content creator Tyson ‘TenZ‘ Van Ngo and esports player Alexis ‘alexis‘ Guarrasi are among the names featured in this year’s Forbes 30 Under 30 US Games list.
The list highlights the achievements of Alexis as a member of Shopify Rebellion Gold, alongside the accolades of retired VCT player TenZ during his time representing Sentinels.
Alexis is a 23-year-old VALORANT esports player and has competed in Riot Games’ first-person shooter title since 2020. Forbes stated that she is the highest-earning woman in VALORANT history, winning over $150,000 (~£112,900) in prize money over the last five years. In 2023 and 2024, she won back-to-back VCT Game Changers Championship titles.
“At a loss for words. Selected for the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. So honoured,” shared Alexis in a social media post. Alongside her playing career, Alexis recently launched a podcast with Shopify Rebellion Gold teammate Melanie ‘meL‘ Capone.
TenZ is widely regarded as one of the most popular VALORANT players in the history of the esport. In 2024, he achieved victory at Masters Madrid along with a top-four finish at VALORANT Champions. In September 2025, TenZ announced his retirement from professional play, making a transition to content creation.
The former champion remains heavily involved with VALORANT esports. In November, he launched a community awards show celebrating the VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) and Game Changers scenes.

Every year, Forbes releases its ’30 Under 30′ and ’50 Under 50′ lists to highlight the contributions and achievements of individuals across a range of categories, including education, media, and finance. To earn a place on the lists, nominees are selected by a panel of expert judges.
TenZ and Alexis aren’t the only esports-adjacent personalities included on this year’s ‘Games’ list. Jordan Lazarus, founder of Xen Gaming, and Spencer Ma, Director of Growth at Carry1st, also feature among the alumni.
Elsewhere, Twitch streamer Emily ‘Emiru‘ Schunk features on the list. Forbes reveals that the 27-year-old cosplayer earned approximately $1.5m (~£1.1m) over the last 12 months.
