Chinese esports organisation Anyone’s Legend (AL) has officially confirmed its line-up for the upcoming 2026 League of Legends competitive season.
According to a post on the team’s social media channels, Anyone’s Legend has retained the same five members that led the team to a breakout campaign in 2025.
As a result, top laner Li ‘Flandre’ Xuan-jun, jungler Lee ‘Tarzan’ Seung-yong, mid laner Cui ‘Shanks’ Xiao-jun, ADC Wang ‘Hope’ Jie, and support Kim ‘Kael’ Jin-hong have all renewed their deals with the Chengdu-based organisation. The core group of players led the team to its first-ever LPL title earlier this year in June.
Notably, the changes for Anyone’s Legend’s 2026 season come from its coaching staff. With former head coach Wong “Tabe” Pak Kan moving over to JD Gaming, AL has picked up coach Kwon ‘Helper’ Yeong-jae, who was part of Gen.G’s coaching staff this year. The Korean head coach will be supported by coach Jiang ‘Teacherma’ Chen, previously of Team WE.
Anyone’s Legend was the LPL’s Most Consistent Team
The decision to maintain the same line-up comes after a strong year by the team, which was often one of, if not the only, team from the LPL that was able to go toe-to-toe with LCK’s powerhouses.
Despite having weaker potential on paper, Anyone’s Legend consistently fought for the titles domestically, finishing second, first, and third throughout the three competitive splits, respectively.
Its peaks, however, came from international tournaments as the team finished in third place at the Mid-Season Invitational and runner-up at the Esports World Cup. Even though the team was eliminated by T1 in the quarterfinals at Worlds 2025, Anyone’s Legend’s gameplay against the eventual world champions made it clear that the team had a much higher ceiling.
Going into the new season, Anyone’s Legend is expected to be one of the top teams in the LPL next year, alongside teams like BiliBili Gaming and JD Gaming. The LPL 2026 season will kick off in January with Split 1, although the starting date has yet to be confirmed.
