FGC event organiser Evolution Champions Series (Evo) has revealed its tournament line-up of games for Evo 2026 and Evo Japan.
Various FGC titles will make an appearance at Evo 2026 and Evo Japan, with the return of fan-favourites and the debut of new fighting games.
Evo 2026
Evo 2026 will take place in Las Vegas, US, from June 26th to 28th, 2026 and is presented by Chipotle. Early Bird ticket sales for the convention are available for purchase through the official Evo website.
Familiar titles return, including staple fighting games such as Street Fighter 6, Guilty Gear -Strive-, and Tekken 8. These will be joined by some of the most popular games released in 2025, such as 2XKO by Riot Games and FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves.
Other titles will make their Evo debut at the Las Vegas event, including Invincible VS and Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O World Stage. The last batch of tournaments that will be held will include games such as Rivals of Aether II, Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising, Under Night In Birth, Vampire Savior, and BlazBlue: Central Fiction.
Evo Japan
Details were also revealed for Evo Japan, the first Evo event in 2026, running from May 1st to 3rd. Early Bird tickets for the event in Tokyo, Japan, are available to purchase through the official Evo webpage.
The tournament in Japan will feature a similar line-up to Evo 2026, holding competitions for Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8, Guilty Gear -Strive-, 2XKO, and FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves. Other tournaments will also be held for Vampire Saviour, Under Night In Birth, Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O World Stage, and Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising.
Evo Japan will also feature some unique entries that differ from Evo 2026, including The King of Fighters, MELTY BLOOD: TYPE LUMINA, and Hokuto No Ken.
Other Evo Events in 2026
The tournament organiser has also revealed the dates of two other events it will hold next year. Evo France will take place from October 9th to 11th, 2026, and Evo Singapore will run sometime in early 2027. The line-up of games for either event has yet to be shared.
