On Sunday night, December 28, Netflix plans to light up the Las Vegas sky with iconic moments from its hit series, “Stranger Things.”
TUDUM — the streamer’s global fan event and companion site named after the “tudum” sound heard whenever a Netflix show or movie starts — promises a light show “unlike anything you’ve ever seen.”
How exactly “Stranger Things” moments will light up the Vegas sky isn’t spelled out, though this video on TUDUM’s page implies a drone show, while the text promises: “Come for the show — and stay for the surprise giveaways.”
Dubbed “One Last Adventure: Las Vegas,” this Hawkins-inspired gathering will be the last installment of global activities celebrating the spooky series’ fifth and final season.
“From interactive installations in Madrid, Spain, to an immersive Hawkins National Laboratory exhibit in Sydney, Australia, each event paid tribute to our favorite gang of monster fighters,” TUDUM said.
“Stranger Things” Season 5 was split into three Netflix dumps:
- Vol. 1, already out, features episodes 1-4
- Vol. 2 (episodes 5-7) comes out December 25
- The feature-length finale (episode 8) uploads at 5 p.m. PT on December 31
“One Last Adventure: Las Vegas” will play to a limited-capacity outdoor crowd starting at 5 p.m., in a location disclosed only to people 16 and older who obtain tickets at this link.
Previous “Stranger Things” Las Vegas activations have included a 2023 run of “Stranger Things”: The Official Store at the Showcase mall on the Strip and series-branded food and drinks at the Netflix Bites dining experience, open at the MGM Grand since February 2025.
