On Tuesday, the Lebanon casino will have a limited viewing for those who received invitations.

The new gaming property is located on the Miracle Mile in a former Honda car dealership. The complex recently underwent a $10M renovation and will include a 20,000-square-foot casino.

It features some 137 slot machines, 10 gaming tables, five poker tables, entertainment space, a bar, and a restaurant. A designated smoking room will include 26 slots. In addition, a radio studio will allow for live broadcasts from the casino.

Operating hours for the gaming floor are between 8 a.m. and 1 a.m. on Sundays to Thursdays, and between 8 a.m. and 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Entertainment Offerings Needed

Tracy Hutchins, president of the Upper Valley Business Alliance, noted the benefits from the entertainment offerings in the new Lebanon casino.

One of the things we hear most from our young professionals’ group is that there is really no place for nightlife in the Upper Valley,” Hutchins told the Valley News, a local newspaper. “The options are limited…It’s going to be a welcome addition.”

The parent company of the new gaming property is Los Angeles-based Peninsula Pacific Entertainment (P2E). P2E was launched by Brent Stevens in 1999. Most of its assets were acquired by Churchill Downs in 2022 for $2.75B.

In addition to operating the Lebanon casino, the New Hampshire Group (NHG) operates charitable casinos in Manchester, Keene, and Dover, N.H. Another NHG casino is scheduled to open in Conway, N.H. in January.

The casinos now have such games as Wheel of Fortune, Devil’s Lock, Huff N’ More Puff, Ultimate Fire Link, and Lian Lian Panda.

Many Charities to Benefit

In total, Revo will likely donate between $12M to $13M to approved charities this year by the end of December, the Valley News reported.

Looking ahead, the new Lebanon location is to make contributions to the Grafton County Senior Citizens Council and the New Hampshire Academy of Sciences, among other non-profits.

Statewide, in 2023 some 800 New Hampshire approved charities received about $31.2M from all charitable casinos located in the state.
