The preliminary portion of Saturday’s event features four Last Heavyweight Standing tournament bouts, with the four winners moving on to a spot on the main card. Four other tournament quarterfinal bouts take place on the main card. The four tournament winners advance to a grand finale tournament at the end of the year.

In the main event, long-reigning heavyweight champion Rico Verhoeven defends his belt against former light heavyweight champion Artem Vakhitov.
