Brazilian esports organisation LOS Grandes has returned to CBLOL as a guest team for the 2026 season.

The organisation returns to South America’s top League of Legends competition following Isurus vacating its guest slot in early December.

Unveiled on December 16th, 2025, the return of LOS Grandes to the CBLOL comes after the organisation competed in the Brazilian tier-two ecosystem this year. Throughout 2025, the team scored top-four and top-six finishes across the two Circuito Desafiante splits.

As a result of securing a Guest Slot, LOS Grandes will have to defend its place at the end of the 2026 season from teams competing in the CBLOL promotion tournament.

LOS Grandes previously competed in the 2024 CBLOL season as a partner team before it was left out as part of the League of the Americas’ (LTA) restructuring. For 2026, CBLOL will return with eight teams competing for a chance to qualify for the Riot Games’ three international events.

Beginning on January 17th, 2026, at the Riot Games Arena in São Paulo, Brazil, LOS Grandes and the seven other teams will compete in round-robin matches for the CBLOL 2026 Cup. The top four advance to the playoffs, while the bottom four compete in the play-in for another chance to earn a place in the playoff bracket.

LOS Grandes In 2025

After narrowly missing out on earning a chance to earn promotion to CBLOL earlier this year, LOS Grandes is set to overhaul its roster before the new season gets underway.

The organisation has yet to reveal its starting line-up ahead of its return to South America’s top tier of competition. In November, it parted ways with Gabriel Vinicius ‘Aegis’ Saes de Lemos and Lucas ‘Netuno’ Flores, resulting in it looking for five new players to complete its line-up.

As one of Brazil’s notable League of Legends teams, the return of LOS Grandes to CBLOL is bound to generate plenty of interest as the region continues to grow.
