Korean organisation Hanwha Life Esports has officially announced that top laner Choi ‘Zeus’ Woo-je and mid laner Kim ‘Zeka’ Geon-woo will remain with the team for 2026.

The latter has re-signed with the organisation, while Zeus has extended his contract for another season. Both players are looking to redeem themselves following the team’s Worlds 2025 elimination in the quarterfinals.

Hanwha Life Esports entered the 2025 offseason with a lot of contractual work on its agenda. All players from the 2025 lineup had expiring contracts, and the organisation has been looking for a new jungler, following Peanut’s retirement as he heads off for mandatory military service.

While the two solo laners have confirmed to stay, Hanwha Life Esports has parted ways with their ADC Park ‘Viper’ Do-hyeon. According to rumors, Lee ‘Gumayusi’ Min-hyeong will be the one to replace Viper, following his departure from T1. The support role is currently also vacant as Yoo ‘Delight’ Hwan-joong hasn’t announced whether he is staying with the team.

LCK Rostermania Heats Up

At the start of the free agency transfer window, Worlds 2025 finalists KT Rolster parted ways with bot lane players Seo ‘deokdam’ Dae-gil and Jeong ‘Peter’ Yoon-su. Earlier today, the team announced the signing of former world champion Jang ‘Ghost‘ Yong-jun and former OK BRION support Oh ‘Pollu‘ Dong-gyu.

Gen.G has decided to stick with the same roster from 2025, re-signing jungler Kim ‘Canyon’ Geon-bu and extending the contract for support Joo ‘Duro’ Min-kyu. The only change for the squad is in the coaching staff, with former FearX head coach Ryu ‘Ryu‘ Sang-wook replacing Kim ‘KIM‘ Jeong-soo.

T1, instead, has brought in former Gen.G player Kim ‘Peyz‘ Su-hwan as its new ADC and has extended the contract for top laner Choi ‘Doran‘ Hyeon-joon to the end of 2026.

All the LCK teams will likely showcase their new lineups in the KeSPA Cup 2025, which will take place starting on December 6th.
