Red Bull League of Its Own 2025, an off-season League of Legends event organised by Red Bull, has peaked at over 500,000 viewers.

The event, which consisted of six show matches, hit a peak of 509,212 viewers during a match between three-time world champions T1 and G2 Esports.

This year’s edition of Red Bull League of Its Own took place in Munich at the SAP Center. In addition to peaking at over half a million viewers, the event recorded an average viewership of 331,671 across its six-hour and 50-minute airtime.

According to Esports Charts, T1 featured in the three most-watched matches, with fans tuning into the action to see the debut of Kim ‘Peyz’ Su-hwan as the South Korean organisation’s new ADC.

The event follows the format used in 2024’s competition, with teams competing in a mixture of showmatches and a tournament bracket. G2 Esports emerged victorious in the two-match bracket, defeating Karmine Corp and T1.

Compared to the 2024 event, peak viewership has declined by over 100,000. Last year’s Red Bull League of Its Own peaked at 612,000 viewers, becoming the most-popular esports event organised by the energy drink brand.

Outside of League of Its Own, Red Bull continues to host a range of esports events across the world. In November, it announced its upcoming Solo Legends BGMI tournament will take place in Mumbai’s Royal Opera House, marking the first time the landmark has hosted an esports tournament.
